Return Policy

Thank you so much for shopping small with us! We hope that everything fits you great and you LOVE your purchase. If not, no problem!

Returns: We happily accept returns for refund (within 14 days of delivery) OR online store credit (within 30 days of delivery). Please click here to begin your return with our Return Portal (Redo). Please enter your email or zip/postal code and order number (found on your receipt & packing slip). Please select the eligible item(s) you are returning. After completing the return process, please print the return label AND packing slip generated. You will receive an email with return instructions, where the return label and packing slip will also be included. Please include the packing slip with your return. You will have 14 calendar days, from creating the return/label, to drop off your return to the shipping carrier. See more under "Return Labels" below.

  • All orders must be received in their original condition; unworn, unwashed, undamaged (i.e., makeup or deodorant stains), and with the tags attached.
  • Accessories (i.e., hats, bags, ascots), sale items, and gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.

Return Labels: While adding products to your cart and/or during checkout, you have the option to select "Free Unlimited Return for Refunds or Store Credit for $1.98 via Redo". If you select this option, $1.98 will be added to your total. This cost covers your return shipping label cost, if a return is needed. If you do not select this option, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label, which is processed and generated through our Return Portal. You will have 14 calendar days, from creating the return/label, to drop off your return to the shipping carrier. Return labels are only for use in the United States. Additionally, we are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund. Eligible refunds are issued back to the original form of payment. You will receive an email regarding your refund, once processed. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account, once processed.

Online Store Credit: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return items for an online store credit. Our Return Portal will automatically issue online store credit in the amount of returned merchandise, which will be emailed to you as soon as the return is received/scanned by the shipping carrier. 

Exchanges: Please place a new order for the item(s) you want to ensure that it's in stock. When completing the Return Portal, please choose either "store credit" or "refund", depending on eligibility.

Returns and Processing Time: Returns will be processed within 14 business days upon receipt of package. You will receive an email confirmation when complete. We appreciate your patience while we work to increase processing time.
